Sam Beeler is a growth-oriented executive and strategic business leader with extensive experience in strategy, partnerships, and market development across technology and real estate. As Head of Corporate Strategy at CREnetics, Sam oversees the firm’s strategic planning, corporate development, and growth initiatives, aligning product vision, market expansion, and partner ecosystems to establish CREnetics as the global standard for predictive intelligence in commercial real estate. Before joining CREnetics, Sam served as an executive and board member in several early stage ventures, applying entrepreneurial discipline to scaling analytics platforms, forging strategic alliances, and commercializing advanced technologies for institutional clients. He holds both an MBA and an MS from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences, where his studies focused on quantitative analytics, operational strategy, and innovation. At CREnetics, Sam’s interdisciplinary foundation and practical leadership enable him to translate complex data science capabilities into meaningful commercial outcomes. He plays a central role in accelerating adoption of the firm’s predictive engine, expanding its presence in global markets, and embedding decision intelligence into the workflows of investors, lenders, and developers. His strategic vision continues to shape how the industry connects data, technology, and capital to reveal the true intrinsic value of real estate.
