FAQs

1 — What is CREnetics—plainly?
CREnetics turns real-estate data into predictive benchmarks you can operate on today (dashboards + API). We model space-user demand, supply, and capital-flow signals to produce a continuously updating intrinsic-value view of markets and assets.

2 — How is this different from comps and legacy indices?
Comps are backward-looking. Our Residual Demand Construct measures fundamental demand vs. supply and ties market equilibrium to cycle peaks/troughs—so you see turns before they show up in comps. Think signals, not snapshots.

3 — What can my team do on Day 1?
Screen deals, defend/pressure-test appraisals, price credit with forward collateral signals, set portfolio guardrails, and time development/leasing using predictive forecasts—from the UI or your models via API.

4 — How accurate are the forecasts?
Results to date show meaningful lift vs. legacy approaches (internally measured across pilots and back-tests). Public site language should read: “up to 5× predictive lift”* to stay compliance-safe across markets and periods.

5 — What data powers the platform?
A blend of proprietary signals and relationships with ~a dozen aggregate providers across space and transaction markets (many under NDA), plus curated non-traditional indicators. This depth is central to our accuracy and defensibility.

6) Which markets and asset types do you cover?
Coverage starts where reliable space-user and transaction data exist; we expand by depth/quality of inputs. U.S. priority first; international roll-out follows data readiness (and we can help localize when needed).

7 — Can we integrate CREnetics into our models and systems?
Yes. Use the SaaS UI for teams and API for models/BI. You can configure dashboards, focus on specific markets/assets, and join external datasets to our signals.

8 — How long does onboarding take?
Enterprise onboarding is typically weeks (data connects, SSO/security, training). Smaller teams can be live in hours via self-serve SaaS.

9 — What about security and deployment options?
Cloud-native and modular with optional virtual on-prem for institutions that require it. Controls align to enterprise IT (permissions, auditability, integration governance).

10 — How is pricing structured?
Tiered by customer type and usage—commonly by seats/markets/modules for SaaS, with options for premium data and API functionality. Enterprise pricing reflects portfolio size and service level.

11 — How do we measure ROI?
Compare forecast-driven decisions vs. prior baselines (e.g., MAE/MAPE vs. comps), track IC speed, deal hit-rate, loss-rate, loan pricing accuracy, and portfolio VaR/guardrail adherence. We provide a simple before/after scorecard during onboarding.

12 — Will this replace our in-house models?
No—CREnetics is a signal layer. Most clients keep their valuation stacks and pipe our benchmarks/forecasts into them for stronger, standardized decisions.

13 — Can we see how the model works without exposing your IP?
Yes. We share a methodology overview and validation summary under NDA—covering baselines, metrics, and testing protocols—without revealing proprietary constructs or code.

14 — What’s the long-term vision—will we be able to hedge?
As coverage scales, our standardized indices are designed to become exchange-ready benchmarks. That enables hedging, risk transfer, and expression on transparent, rules-based measures of CRE performance (subject to regulatory/venue approvals).

15 — Who is it for?
Institutional owners/investors, lenders, insurers/reinsurers, developers, advisors/appraisers, and the public sector—anyone who benefits from earlier, defensible signals.

16 — What support do we get?
Forward-deployed onboarding (engineers + domain experts), training, and success reviews. We map signals to underwriting, credit, risk, and development workflows—not just a login.
