Mark Moussa is a geospatial analytics specialist and commercial real estate mapping expert with a strong foundation in spatial modeling, data visualization, and place-based intelligence. As Head of Geospatial Analysis at CREnetics, Mark leads the development and deployment of the firm’s spatial data architectures and mapping workflows that integrate location, mobility, infrastructure, and demographic layers into CREnetics’ predictive intelligence engine. Over his career, Mark has collaborated with real estate developers, municipal planning agencies, and institutional investors to translate raw spatial and mobility data into high-resolution market insights and underwriting enhancements. At CREnetics, he merges satellite and mobility feeds with transaction and space-market data to deliver dynamic intrinsic value surfaces and “place-time” viewpoints into asset performance and urban growth. Mark holds two Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Biological & Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida and remains actively engaged with geospatial research networks and location-intelligence communities.
