John Gorgy is a data science leader and commercial real estate analytics professional with extensive experience in private equity, data strategy, and applied financial modeling. As Lead of Data Science at CREnetics, John directs the research, design, and execution of the company’s proprietary demand, supply, and capital flow frameworks that underpin its predictive intelligence engine. Over his career, John has partnered with alternative asset managers, institutional investors, and real estate platforms to benchmark portfolio performance and deploy machine learning models that enhance underwriting accuracy and capital allocation decisions. At CREnetics, he integrates transaction data, space market fundamentals, and capital market trends to deliver forward-looking insights that reveal each asset’s evolving intrinsic value and market trajectory. John holds a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis from Rutgers University and continues to collaborate with academic and industry partners to advance the use of data science in real estate decision making.
